5. How frequently will I get my investment reports?
We will mail your investment reports once in a quarter. You will also get online portal credentials, so that you can view your portfolio on a 24*7 basis. Lastly, the reports can be sent to the clients on request.
6. Who will track/monitor my investments?
Once we take over your investment, then we will monitor/track your investments on a regular basis. We will rebalance your portfolio as and when it requires based on your goals/objectives/risk tolerance.
7. Who will handle my existing investment with other advisors/banks?
Once you sign-up with Agile Investment Advisors, then we will take all your investments including maintained with other advisors to ascertain correct asset allocation for you and to show you everything at one platform.
8. What agile as a company expects from its clients?
We expect correct and accurate data from our clients. Our investment decisions are based on the data collected from you; therefore it is necessary for us to have your accurate data. It is better to not disclose the information which you are not comfortable with rather than providing the incorrect data.
Lastly, we treat our customers with politeness, courtesy and respect at every interaction and we expect the same from them. Sometimes, circumstances like systems downtime, policy-related issues, third party communication issues and compliance-related concerns, may compel us to convey decisions that may not be to your entire satisfaction. These are, however, only the exception and not the rule. The rule is to provide agreeable solutions and that too at the first interaction itself.
We do like to acknowledge that a customer in the service industry commands but we must inform you with the greatest reluctance and deepest regret that customers found to be offensive in their interaction with us will be required to close all their relationships with Agile Investment Advisors.
9. How Agile Investment Advisors does select funds for the clients?
We have our own in house based methodology for selecting funds for the clients which includes client goals and scheme objectives etc.
